Refund policy

We guarantee that all products will be produced according to the specifications provided in your order and will be free of manufacturing defects. Our return policy is strictly limited to addressing errors made in our production process.

1. Grounds for Return (Production Errors Only)

A product is eligible for return and remedy (refund or replacement) ONLY if it meets one of the following criteria:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product contains a flaw, structural defect, or breakage that originated during the production process.

  • Incorrect Specification: The product received demonstrably does not match the specifications confirmed in the order (e.g., wrong material, wrong size, or incorrect custom engraving/design).

  • Shipping Damage: The product arrived damaged due to the shipping process (must be reported immediately upon delivery).

2. Situations Not Covered for Return or Refund

We absolutely DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

Reason for Return Claim Policy
Product Functionality/Performance We are not responsible if the product fails to perform a specific function for the customer, or if it does not work as expected in the customer’s specific use-case, unless the failure is a direct result of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Subjective Dislike/Buyer's Remorse We do not accept returns if the customer simply changes their mind, does not like the product's appearance, texture, or aesthetic, or finds the item unsuitable for their needs.
Customer Error Returns will be rejected if the issues arise from incorrect specifications provided by the customer during ordering (e.g., wrong size selected, incorrect customization details, or wrong address).
Normal Wear and Tear Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal deterioration over time is not covered.
